Unleash Your Creative Superpowers with NaNoWriMo

One of the biggest obstacles any writer faces is finishing the first draft of a novel. As Nora Ephron said, “I think the hardest part about writing is writing.” Enter National Novel Writing Month, which has generated one of the most effective approaches to writing a first draft and bounding to new imaginative heights.

Your story matters. NaNoWriMo is all about getting that story on the page. If something has been holding you back from writing your novel—whether it be lack of time, lack of motivation, or just plain fear—then NaNoWriMo Executive Director Grant Faulkner will tell how National Novel Writing Month helped get their creative juices flowing so that they could write the novel of their dreams.

Warning: you will leave this session with a novel plan in hand, so be prepared to write.
