Want to be a part of the annual Idaho Writers Guild Conference? We’re now taking applications for presenters. Here’s how it works:
We’re looking forward to a great conference in 2024, and we already have some fantastic speakers lined up. But what will make it even better? You!Â
Our theme this year is The Lifelong Author, so we are looking for presentations related directly to that topic.
If you are interested in presenting, please fill out the form below, and we will be in touch as we continue to develop the conference and set the speakers and schedule.*
*If you have already been invited or are an approved speaker already, please just use this form to upload your headshot, bio, and any course descriptions to be used for marketing purposes. Also, be sure to let us know if you are willing to be on panels as well.Â
Things You Need to Know:
Dates:
The Idaho Writers Conference will be held April 12-13, 2023, with a pre-conference workshop on April 11th.Â
We will have a presenter’s dinner the evening before the conference, and if accepted, you are invited to attend. We’ll also be in contact about travel and lodging arrangements.Â
Expectations
Presentation(s):
- Most presenters give at least one presentation and may be asked to participate in a panel.
- We’ll also have some after-hours networking events. We’d love for you to be part of those as well.
You’ll get to network with other presenters and writers, and attend other conference sessions, and we promise this year’s conference will be a blast!
If spring in Idaho for a conference sounds like just the thing you need, fill out the form below. We hope to see you in April 2024!
